Shipping your package We strive to deliver your collectibles as quickly and safely as possible. We use the following reliable shipping options:
DHL: Used as standard for Booster Boxes and larger orders to ensure safe and fully traceable handling.
PostNord: Available for smaller shipments such as loose Booster Packs and individual cards.
Handling & Delivery Times
Handling Time: We pack and process all orders for in-stock items within 24 hours (weekdays). Our ambition is for your order to leave us the same day or the next business day.
Normal delivery time: 1–3 non-weekend working days from the time the package has been handed over to the shipping company.
Pre-orders: For new Pokémon sets, your order will usually be shipped +/- 1 week from the official launch date. Please note that international shipping delays may affect this date; we will keep you updated via email in such cases.
Tracking You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have packed your order. When the shipping company has registered the package, another email will be sent with your personal tracking link so that you can follow the delivery all the way to your agent or home.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you received the goods.
Important regarding collector's items: For the right of withdrawal to apply, the goods must be returned in their absolute original condition. For Pokémon products, this means that the original seal (plastic/shrink wrap) must be completely unbroken. If the seal is broken, the value of the goods is considered lost and we unfortunately cannot accept the return.
