Terms of Purchase & General Terms – NordicTCG

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases and pre-orders made via nordictcg.se. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. VAT and prices

2.1 All prices on nordictcg.se are stated in SEK. 2.2 For used goods and collector's items, profit margin taxation (VMB) is applied. This means that no deductible VAT is specified on the invoice or receipt in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act.

3. Payment

We offer secure payments in collaboration with Klarna and Stripe.

Klarna Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly to Klarna:

Get first. Pay later: Payment period is 30 days from the time the goods are shipped.

Pay directly: Secure payment via card or direct bank payment with BankID.

Split: Possibility of monthly installments via Klarna. More information and Klarna's terms of use can be found at Klarna. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Klarna's data protection information.

Stripe (Card payment) We also accept card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Stripe meets the requirements for PCI DSS for the highest security when handling card data.

4. Pre-orders

4.1 Definition: A pre-order refers to a product that has not yet been released or that will be delivered at a later date (e.g. import from Japan). 4.2 Delivery time: The stated delivery time (e.g. +/- 1 week after release) is an estimate. International shipping and customs clearance may affect this date. We will notify you in the event of significant delays. 4.3 Binding purchase: A pre-order is a binding contract, but you always have the right to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal according to point 5 below.

5. Right of withdrawal & Returns

5.1 Statutory right of withdrawal: According to the Distance Contracts Act, you as a consumer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. 5.2 Cancellation period: The cancellation period begins on the day after you have received your goods. For pre-orders, you can cancel at any time before the item is shipped, or within 14 days of receipt. 5.3 Exception (Important!): For collectible products such as Pokémon booster boxes and packages, the right of withdrawal only applies if the original seal (plastic) is completely unbroken. If the seal has been broken, the item is considered used and cannot be returned for value reduction and security reasons. 5.4 Return shipping: When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

6. Delivery and Shipping

6.1 We ship goods with PostNord and DHL. 6.2 If a product is damaged during transport (transport damage), this must be reported to us immediately after the damage is discovered. 6.3 If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days, the customer has the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.

7. Complaints & Disputes

7.1 If a product is faulty, you have the right to complain about it in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Purchase Act. Please contact us via email for instructions. 7.2 In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Complaints Board (ARN).
